The operations app for site managers and staff — built for QR-based check-ins, live order handling, delivery documentation, and on-site coordination.
Cultioo Scanner is used at physical operational locations such as loading points, depots, collection areas, and transfer hubs. Staff can scan QR codes, process seller and buyer check-ins, verify orders, document transport details, and monitor live on-site activity.
The dashboard shows live operational data: sellers currently on-site, buyers currently on-site, seller and buyer check-ins/check-outs for the day, recent activity, weekly scan data, and weather information like temperature, humidity, wind speed, and feels-like temperature.
The app is intended for operators, logistics staff, checkpoint teams, and supervisors who handle real-world order movement and gate verification. It is not the normal buyer app and not the standard seller app.
Open the Scanner page and point the camera at a Cultioo QR code. The app extracts multiple token candidates from the QR content, resolves the correct order from the backend, and opens the matching order flow automatically. This makes scanning reliable even if the QR contains nested URLs or encoded values.
Seller check-in confirms that the seller or goods have arrived at the site for loading or handover. It is logged with timestamps and updates the live operational dashboard instantly.
Buyer check-in confirms that the receiving side has arrived for pickup, unloading, or delivery confirmation. It is part of the same real-time operational flow and is visible in the Buyer Hub and order status views.
Make sure the app has camera permission, improve lighting, hold the phone steady, and use the flashlight if needed. If scanning still fails, search the order manually in the Orders section using order data, buyer data, or seller data.
The Buyer Hub combines scanning and delivery handling in one place. It includes a scanner tab and a deliveries tab with filters like incoming, active, and completed. This helps staff manage the entire buyer-side flow without switching between tools.
Yes. The Orders area supports live search and process filters such as check-in and check-out. It also refreshes statuses automatically, so teams can monitor operational progress in near real time.
Yes. The app supports QR code display for order-related workflows, which can be scanned during verification, handover, loading, and receiving processes.
The app supports structured documentation including net weight, gross weight, tare weight, temperature, loading and unloading data, delivery dates, seal-related information, and other process details tied to an order.
Weight units include kg, lb, and t. Temperature units include °C, °F, and K. The app can normalize values internally so documentation remains consistent even if different operators use different unit systems.
Yes. The scanner workflow supports a large catalog of wagon and transport types, including grain, tanker, dry bulk, refrigerated, frozen, dairy, meat, beverage, organic, pharma, and specialty transport profiles. Some transport types automatically require seal handling.
Yes. The app supports cleaning certificate flows and digital signatures during the buyer check-in and documentation process, which helps create a complete proof trail for regulated or sensitive goods.
Yes. The app includes text recognition workflows that can help extract or verify information from physical documents, labels, or transport paperwork during the order process.
Yes. The app includes a dedicated locations manager where operators can create, edit, delete, import, export, and persist loading/unloading location lists. These locations help standardize operational flows at a site.
Yes. Accounts can belong to different operational groups, including buyer-related and seller-related groups. This controls which workflows a user can access and helps organize operations across teams.
The app includes settings for temperature units, display preferences, text scale, login/session behavior, and other operational preferences. User profile information and group-related access are managed in the Account area.
Check camera permission in your device settings, close other apps that may be using the camera, and restart the scanner view. On some devices, switching tabs and reopening the scanner reinitializes the camera stream.
The dashboard depends on a valid login session and an active network connection. Pull to refresh where available, reopen the app, or log out and back in if live data stops updating.
Statuses can change quickly when multiple operators work at the same site. Refresh the order view and verify whether another operator already completed a check-in, check-out, or verification step.
Yes. The locations manager supports importing and exporting saved location lists, which is useful when multiple devices at the same site must use identical loading or unloading setups.
Yes. The settings layer supports biometric lock options, allowing operators to protect access with device-level biometric authentication where supported.
Yes. The dashboard includes weather information, and operators can configure preferences such as temperature units and other display settings in the app.
Yes. The app includes account and documentation flows that work with image selection, file picking, and camera-based capture depending on the operational step you are performing.
